Before your appointment

• Hair must be washed and blown out thoroughly for all braiding styles. However, I recommend adding this service to your booking. Improper blow drying, will result in a $25 fee

• Do not add any oils before/during or after blow out.

• It is important to read reminder email sent 24hrs before scheduled appointment time.

During your appointment

• Snacks/ Drinks are available

• Do not have a busy day on the day of your appointment. Styling Time varies.

• Remaining balance is only. Unless full payment is processed during booking.

• additional guest are NOT allowed unless arranged via Instagram DM -24 hours prior to appointment.

Cancelation Policy: appointments must be rescheduled 24 hours before appointment time. Otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are 100% nonrefundable.

When booking, provide correct telephone number.

No show policy: if you are a no-show. Your deposit is forfeited and you will be charged 50% of the service booked. NO EXCEPTIONS. For future bookings, you must pay new deposit.
